About the Marine Boat Tour
This boat tour takes you around the lively Marino Ballena National Park in search of marine life such as dolphins, whales (during specific season), sea turtles, and birds. While on the boat you will have spectacular views of the Costa Ballena coastline, as well as an opportunity to take in some underwater views during a 20 minute snorkel session. Towards the end of the tour you will see the magical archways of Playa Ventanas!
For safety, all passengers are required to use life jackets and each boat has the necessary insurance policies. There are two whale watching seasons: between August and October we are visited by whales from the southern hemisphere and between January and March we see whales from the northern hemisphere. The probability of seeing whales in-season is around 50% on any given day.
